At Lunar Racks, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and cancellations.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All new Services (game servers, VPS hosting, web hosting, and voice services) are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, contact our Billing department for a full refund of the base plan price (excluding add-ons, setup fees, or domain registrations).
The guarantee applies only to the first payment on new accounts/services and does not cover renewals or upgrades.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Services must be canceled via your My Racks client area or by submitting a ticket to Billing.
No refunds are provided for:
- Services canceled after 30 days from initial activation.
- Renewals more than 5 days past the due date.
- Add-ons, custom work (e.g., mods installation), or third-party products (e.g., domains).
- Violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Prorated Refunds and Cancellations

For mid-cycle cancellations (after the 30-day window), we may offer prorated refunds at our discretion, calculated from the cancellation date to the end of the billing period.
Immediate cancellations (e.g., for abuse) forfeit any refund eligibility.

4. Process

Submit refund requests via ticket to Billing within the eligible period.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
