What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new services (game servers, VPS, web, voice). Full refund if canceled within 30 days—no questions asked (excluding add-ons/domains).
Are there refunds on renewals?
No refunds on renewals more than 5 days past due date. Prorated refunds may apply for mid-cycle cancellations at our discretion.
