Lunar Racks, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your data when you use our website, services, and products, including game server hosting, VPS hosting, shared web hosting, voice services (e.g., Mumble/TeamSpeak), and billing (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you consent to the practices described herein. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide and improve our Services. This includes:

Personal Information: When you create an account, place an order, or contact support, we may collect your name, email address, billing address, phone number, and payment details (processed securely via third-party gateways like Stripe or PayPal).
Usage Data: Automatically collected data such as IP address, browser type, device information, access times, and pages viewed. For game servers (Pterodactyl), this may include server logs, player activity, and mod usage. For VPS (VirtFusion) and web hosting (cPanel/WHM), we log resource usage, file access, and email activity.
Technical Data: Server configurations, mods/plugins (for gaming/voice services), and performance metrics to ensure service quality.
Cookies and Tracking: We use cookies for session management, analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and preferences. You can manage these via browser settings.

We do not collect sensitive personal information (e.g., health or biometric data).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

Provide and maintain Services (e.g., provisioning servers, processing bills).
Communicate with you (e.g., support tickets, service updates, promotional offers).
Improve and secure Services (e.g., analyzing logs for DDoS threats, optimizing performance).
Comply with legal obligations (e.g., fraud prevention, tax reporting).
For marketing (with consent), such as newsletters about new game packages.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your data. We may share it with:

Service providers (e.g., Stripe/PayPal for payments, Google for analytics).
Affiliates or partners for joint services (e.g., mod developers if integrated).
Legal authorities if required (e.g., subpoenas, DMCA requests).
In business transfers (e.g., merger; data remains protected).

All third parties are bound by confidentiality and data protection standards.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption (SSL for MyRack/cPanel/Orbit Command/Nebula Core), firewalls, and access controls. For Orbit Command and Nebula Core, we use isolated containers and regular updates. However, no system is infallible; you are responsible for securing your account.

In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of discovery, in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data as needed for Services (e.g., active accounts) and legal requirements. Logs are kept for at least 30 days for security and troubleshooting. Billing records are retained for 7 years to comply with tax and financial regulations. Inactive data is deleted after 30 days post-termination.

6. Your Rights

You may:

Access, update, or delete your data via WHMCS account.
Opt out of marketing emails.
Request data portability or erasure (subject to legal obligations).
Contact support@lunarracks.com for requests. We respond within 30 days.

For California residents (CCPA): You have rights to know, delete, and opt-out of sales (we don’t sell data). For EU users (GDPR): Additional rights apply; see below.

7. International Data Transfers

Data is processed in the US. For international users, we use standard contractual clauses for transfers.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not for children under 13 (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect data from minors; contact us if believed collected.
